Welcome to the second edition of the Generoso Trail, an amazing uphill run that will take you from the town of Mendrisio to the summit of Monte Generoso, at an altitude of 1704 metres above sea level.

A magnificent trail through the woods surrounded by the beautiful colours of autumn, offering you intense emotions.

After an initial, somewhat challenging, section on asphalt in the town, the remaining three quarters, 10km and an altitude difference of approx. 1350m, will be run in close contact with nature. Slowly slowly, unique views will unfold before your eyes, culminating at the summit with a spectacular 360 degree view over the snow-capped Alps and Apennines, the lakes and the Po Valley.

The awards ceremony and the party will be held at Fiore di Pietra, designed by the internationally-renowned architect Mario Botta.
